Jan Åge and I looked it over, and it seems like obviously the right thing.
It reads well, it's reasonably formatted and it passes kwalitee. The only
thing to fix is:
* you import CFG_BIBCATALOG_QUEUES twice
...with that fixed, you can go ahead and deploy to -dev, and if it tests
properly there, deploy to the 3 (remember there are 3 now) prod nodes. If
you'd like me to do this, I'll probably be back online in a few hours.
When prod deploy is done, please use git-format-patch and git-send-email
with a --to=tibor and a --cc=me and a --cc=jan and a --subject=[PATCH] RT
Error Handling (DEPLOYED HOTFIX) so it's easier for tibor and us to keep
track of.
