the interface for subfield operations does not get removed when you remove
the parent field operation
how to reproduce
1) create a new field operation
2) Add a field (or several) for subfield operations
3) click remove buton on the field operation
the field operation will be removed and subfield operation editing filds
will still be present without a parent
