We actually have a convention already and BibMerge implements it
already. When you merge two documents as duplicates, then the ID of
the dupe record is stored in `970 $d`.
The trouble is that other modules are not yet taking advantage of this
convention. So `/record/123` replies that record was deleted, while
it should rather offer pointer to record 456; if people put the record
123 in their basket, they may see it gone, while they should rather
get the record 456, etc.
