I chatted with Peter a bit and we felt like this is unimportant for their use
and can be safely ignored for the moment. I don't recall ever getting tests
like this to pass on RHEL5, and I'm wondering if this is a case of regression
tests testing optional dependencies, possibly even when they aren't installed.
It seems clear that regression tests should only test optional deps when they
are installed, and possibly this is caused by some other error or a different
version of the dependency, but if it is just the lack of the dep being
installed, that should be fixed.

Thanks
Travis
