date parsing and year index], I've decided to break this into three
distinct jobs.
First there's the smaller, more important job of #296: understanding ISO
style dates everywhere, using the correct indexes, and having some basic
unit testing.
Then there's this ticket's job, of extending both Invenio and INSPIRE
syntaxes with magic date variables and date range math.
Then there's a future job (#297) to some day let users select their
preferred day/month ordering.
I went ahead and split these up ticket-wise to make it easier to plan work
in the coming weeks.
