As far as I am concerned, `editor.py` in the INSPIRE repo was just a
test toy coding kind of project dating from CVS times, and both files
can be safely removed. Please check with Travis too, since it was
mostly him and Marko who were involved with it.
If we are going to clean the INSPIRE repo from the crust, then it
would be good to attack the other outstanding issue like harmonising
directory structure, either by module name or by functionality name;
currently we have a mix, e.g. conversion of literature records is
treated in `bibconvert`, but of institute records in `inst`. Would be
more logical if they live under the same bibconvert directory,
possibly in different subdirectories. Etc.
