The check on the report number format introduced as an example in DEMOJRN
[bb0d0f3b] does not work when using the /submit/direct link displayed from
http://localhost/journal/AtlantisTimes/2009/03/News/101 (when logged in as
editor) as Get_Recid would rely on {{{comboDEMOJRN}}} which is not set in
this case.
The check could be less restrictive, or the comboDEMOJRN could be added to
the /submit/direct link.
