The CDN announcements says:
//The MathJax CDN is a publicly available service, but it is
primarily intended for use by individuals and smaller
organizations, since the hosting costs must be paid by the
project. Larger organizations or those with high-volume
publishing needs are welcome to use the CDN, but we ask that they
contact us in advance and consider becoming a project sponsor.//
So dunno whether we can rely solely on CDN, since our sites probably
won't count as individuals or smaller organisations...
It would be best to offer both an option of (a) using MathJax CDN or
of (b) hosting the MathJax files locally, just like for the jQuery.
And every Invenio instance can then decide for themselves whether they
are in the small organisation use case or in the MathJax sponsors use
case...
