I checked out Marko's branch and rebased it against -rc0 and read the
diffs. I then made the tests pass, fixed a minor bug and changed
get_kbd_values_for_bibedit so that it would actually *use* the dkbname
parameter. It passes kwalitee checks and as far as I can tell, should be
ready for merge.
