As mentioned in #562
There should be regression tests for INSPIRE-specific features like
citesummary that cannot be tested on atlantis sites (#562 was due to only
visible on INSPIRE due to a diff. collection definition on atlantis vs.
INSPIRE)
These tests should sit in INSPIRE repo, and should work against the now
globally useable test set.
