When attaching new files to a record using bibdocfile, the {{{--set-
restriction}}} and {{{--set-description}}} options seem to be ignored, a
use case example is:

bibdocfile --recid 1234 --append test.pdf --set-restriction=Foo
--set-description=English --yes-i-know
}}}
