The default WebJournal templates do not contain an RSS feed in the HTML
header (there is an RSS feed linked on the page to latest breaking news
only).
It could be as simple as adding a link to the RSS feed produced by WebSearch
for the journal collection, though this solution would not create RSS items
that link back to WebJournal, but to the record in the regular detailed
record pages (unless the XSL for RSS is customized in this respect).
