This appears to now be fixed on inspirebeta.net and inspire-hep-
dev.cern.ch. Whatever was changed to correct this isn't in master,
however, since the local dev test machine that I'm using (updated from
master today) is still breaking.
Bouncing to Tibor hoping he can shed light on this.
