#122: Exporting harvested record seems not to work

As a test I am exporting from an Invenio istance some records gathered
from an other Invenio istance (CDS).
This does not seems to work properly as when oairepositoryupdater is
updating the records, it only add the set information (909COp) but not the
OAI_ID (909COo). This problem does not happen for record born in the
repository itself.
