#172: Fix copyright years

It looks like copyright statements in all files are from 2002 until the
current year. This is probably counterproductive for the files which were
created after 2002. I don't know the different countries' rules for this,
but I suppose this could be construed as lying in legal terms, for which
the worst case scenario might be to invalidate the copyright statements.
I guess it should be easy for the Git wizards to use the first commit as
the basis for the copyright starting year.
