#432: detailed record format should autoheat URLs

URLS in the abstracts of papers should be auto-heated on display. That
is, they should be made clickable links. We should strive for good URL
parsing conforming with RFC 3986, rather than something quick and dirty
with some regexps. On the other hand, something sort-of-right is probably
better than perfection for this purpose. I mention it mainly because I
think Python has bits to do this for us.
