DOIs for journal articles are now routinely entered in 773__a. Links to the
journal site should be done via doi if present. GoDirect should be used only
in case of missing doi.
This becomes important since articles often are already available on the
publisher's site while in press. At that stage no complete publication info
is available, so GoDirect does not work properly.
