#319: BibHarvest: add plotextraction to harvesting workflow

With the introduction of the new plotextraction module, that extract plots
together with captions/contexts from tarballs, it would be beneficial to
add this functionality in the harvesting workflow currently offered by
BibHarvest.
This can be done by introducing another step in the workflow to extract
plots and attach them to the harvested record. I.e. creating new postmodes
like {{{['h-c-e-u']}}} and {{{['h-c-e-f-u']}}}. (Harvest -> Convert ->
Extract -> Filter -> Upload).
