URL such as:
http://cdsweb.cern.ch/record/001298726/files/001298726_English.pdf
are not correctly recognized as BibDocFile native URLs.
The system expects only:
http://cdsweb.cern.ch/record/1298726/files/001298726_English.pdf
(It is confused by the double 0 used as padding in the recid part of the
URL).
