Well I'm not even sure this type of reminder-like TODO items should even
live on Trac under form of a separate ticket. Trac is primarily used for
development tickets. So perhaps there is a prior development ticket for
this topic already (isn't it), in which case this reminder-like item could
be attached there as a comment. Or this may better live in a non-Trac
laundry list management tool that we all probably use in some way or
another. (Kind of like //re-organize INSPIRE AFS space// type of tasks
that I'm not putting to Trac.)
BTW this touches also on our previous philosophical discussion about
aggregating multiple TODO lists:

so I'm just philosophizing some more here :)
