#147: WebSearch: prevent circular collection tree

When collection A has son B that has sons C and D that has son A,
then webcoll runs away when creating the collection cache pages because of
the circular dependence. Prevent it.
Also, check out the collection overview page in the WebSearch Admin
that apparently does not display stuff either, for the same thing.
