I think one HIDDEN flag, with "to hide" implying "not to stream", is
probably sufficient. Or do you have some nice use cases for the various
combination of the two flags? (hidden but streamable, non-hidden but non-
streamable, etc.) I guess most non-hidden use cases would be better
covered by the "restriction" concept.
