#272: Weird Inspire snippets behavior

I noticed this strange behavior on inspire-dev when searching for an
partial phrase.
1. First I search for [http://inspire-hep-
dev.cern.ch/search?ln=en&p=advanced+graduate+textbooks&f=fulltext&action_search=Search
advanced graduate textbooks]. Everything works fine. But I do want only
the records containing the
2. Then I search for [http://inspire-hep-
dev.cern.ch/search?ln=en&p=%22advanced+graduate+textbooks%22&f=fulltext&action_search=Search&sf=&so=d&rm=&rg=25&sc=0&of=hb
""advanced graduate textbooks""]. "No phrase index is available for
fulltext.". OK fair enough. Let's try a partial phrase search.
3. I finally search for [http://inspire-hep-
dev.cern.ch/search?ln=en&p='advanced+graduate+textbooks'&f=fulltext&action_search=Search&sf=&so=d&rm=&rg=25&sc=0&of=hb
''advanced graduate textbooks''].
There are 2 problems with this latest request:
* the warning is strange "No exact match found for %advanced graduate
textbooks%". Well at least [http://inspire-hep-dev.cern.ch/record/841572
record 841572] has it.
* the search is performed as a word search and the same results set is
returned than in the first search of this ticket. But all the snippets are
gone.
