I have not yet laid hands on a windows 7 machine with IE to test, but it
appeared to be a browser issue in display. (The ill-formatted titles
were displaying one line lower than they should, overlaying the images
over the line of authors)
Note also that PDG did extensive user testing and review and decided to go
with MathML, not jsMath or MathJAX, using ASCIIMathML.js for conversion on
server side.
