This is coming from epydoc. However, if you run the tool
on installed files, it behaves OK. So instead of doing:
$ python kwalitee.py --check-docstrings webfoo_bar.py
let's do:
$ python kwalitee.py --check-docstrings invenio.webfoo_bar

When running kwalitee --check-docstrings on my Python files, it reports
Warning: Undocumented:
- webtag_config.__package__
even though this variable does not exist in the file.
