Introduce new `refersto/citedby` search operators to ease second-order
searching. To name but a few examples:
* to find out who cites astro-ph/0302209:
`refersto:reportnumber:astro-ph/0302209`
* to find out only core papers that cite astro-ph/0302209:
`refersto:reportnumber:astro-ph/0302209 AND collection:core`
* to find out which papers are cited by astro-ph/0302209:

* to find out which core papers are cited by astro-ph/0302209:
