Actually there were some more (e.g. to have logicutils from the start)
as well as some cosmetics (e.g. pylint enable-msg in more places).
I have now done these, you can take a `git diff` to see what exactly
I changed while cherry-picking. I'm going to push in a minute, but
nevertheless please keep looking at the cases mentioned in comment:22
and elsewhere, since we should still fix them properly.
