 Conjoined compound last names (examples below) have problems in the
 current index term generation for bibindex_engine_tokenizer. The cases
 that have arisen from nature should be examined and dealt with. This may
 mean functional modification or simply deciding not to handle them. This
 ticket should be updated to reflect what's decided.

 So far as we've been able to ascertain, the module currently behaves the
 same as SPIRES, and since this is the near-term goal, this ticket is a low
 priority.

 Problem cases:

     * Le Poncin-Lafitte, Christophe
     * Le Borgne, Jean-Francois
     * van den Heuvel, Edward P.J.
     * 't Hauf

 Interesting, but much less important cases:

     * L.L. Cool-J
     * Florian Cloud de Bounevialle O'Malley Armstrong
