#195: BibMatch: support for marc text as input

It would be nice to add support for using plain marc text files as input
in addition to the current marcXML. BibMatch can be extended to detect the
input format and convert marc text to marcxml on-the-fly, in order to be
used in matching. This could also work with output, providing marc text as
output, if needed.
Currently there is a xmlmarc2textmarc library under BibEdit, and a
mirrored version is underway.
