This looks bad, since we haven't cleaned up this sort of thing. The RSS
feeds offered on INSPIRE should show the INSPIRE logo...

I have a pair of commits which address this.
ff05f8fb on my CDS Invenio tree '20100603.1200' changes the name of the
logo file.
c818f86f on my INSPIRE tree '20100603.1200' adds an INSPIRE version of the
logo file.
