CODEN kb from SPIRES should be used to translate journal and citation
searches that utilize the SPIRES style 5-letter abbreviations (PHRVA) for
journals into INSPIRE style that uses "short titles" (Phys.Rev.)
First the kb must be generated and imported from SPIRES. This has
certainly been done, but is not completely integrated into INSPIRE
production.
Then the search for journals and citations must use this translation...
