Wasn't this already fixed in BibDocfile as part of:
1ccaf6e5adbc923e594af16777e47f5c545d9c88
I think most part of Invenio should be safe because of:

and
6d17ad8b673ed0fdf5da230e45146c3443fe5c82
Indeed to re-check all the mkstemp calls of Invenio regularly is anyway
worth doing it :-)
