At the moment tasks in BibSched monitor are sorted by priority DESC and by
runtime ASC. Although this the sorting used by the scheduler it has some
shortcomings for the user who watch the queue becouse higher priority tasks
(which are not very common) appear at the beginning of the list and maybe
followed by many failed and very old tasks before reaching other tasks that
should be run in the queue.
Sorting only by runtime should be the default and a key to switch to sorting
via priority+runtime should be provided.
