Have you checked the timestamps? (bibrec.modification_date, idxINDEX.last_updated) Are some of the former greater than the latter? If the table content is really OK and nothing has to be re-indexed, then you can simply rewind the time: $ echo "UPDATE idxINDEX SET last_updated=NOW()" | dbexec (Ditto for rnkMETHOD, if ranking indexes have the same problem.)
