BibEdit: act on certain fields and multi-edit UI
* Added the possibility to specify in which field
to act when there are multiple instances of a given
field, based on the content of one subfield (fixes #81)
* Several UI changes: default values to dissapear in
text boxes when selecting them, removed buttons when
creating a new field action, no need to press search
when changing collection.
