Yes, we can do that, although we don't really need to keep any kind of minutes, so it is perhaps not necessary to centralize this on Indico. E.g. if you enter the event into your personal calendaring software as occurring every Monday at 11:00, then only the room number would be `unknown' until announced. Will this do?
