When bibupload will be able to perform intelligent matching of controlled
fields (via $9 authority names, see task #6495), the bibclassify daemon
should use this new bibupload mode in order not to erase keywords entered by
other authorities when it is uploading its automatically recognized keywords.

I am checking just this -- bibclassify creates marc record, now the question
is if bibupload overwrites existing if one field is different
bibupload is being used for upload
