#89: BibEdit: enable copy/paste for subfields

Currently the copy/paste facility works only for fields. It is wanted
that it would work also for subfields. This would require to have a
notion of a cwf (=current working field) so that we know where to
attached copied subfields. The cwf would be indicated on the UI via
say differently coloured field background or via a small arrow in
front of the cwf.
