#86: BibEdit: enable right-click field action menu

It would be desirable to be able to right-click on a field to see some
action menu with options, for example to add subfields. This would
solve the problem of the add-subfield icon being located too far on
the rhs. We could delete this icon then. The action menu could be
used for all the other interesting actions, such as copy/paste.
