#73: BibEdit : nicer auto-suggest UI

The auto-suggest facility currently offers suggested terms in a
separate box below the MARC field you are editing, so that one is kind
of forced to reach for the mouse. It would be nice to offer the
suggested terms in a drop-down box right in the spot, as is usual the
case with various auto-complete interfaces out there, so that
catalogers could use press Up/Down arrow keys to choose the suggested
term from the proposed list, and press Enter to select it.
