When a BibUpload task is submitted, the path to the MARCXML is transformed
into an absolute path. This absolute path is then used once bibupload is
later run by bibsched to retrieve the MARCXML. This means that the input
can't be deleted before BibUpload is actually run which happens at a non
determined time.
BibUpload at submission time could instead copy the input xml into the tmp
folder, so that the original input can be deleted without problem. We can
also add a flag to instruct bibupload to clean the temporary local xml after
it has run without errors.
