Hello Invenio developers,
I recently came upon the following web-based translation tool that is
already used by several other projects (openoffice, opensolaris,
mozilla, debian, etc) and I believe it could also be used to localize
Invenio/Indico.
It is file-based, so it can take advantage of existting PO/XLIFF files,
and the web interface seems quite nice, so any user with some language
knowledge and some spare time can contribute to the translation task.
