Currently, when a PDF is re-generated after an intermediate OCR process in
the WebSubmit Converter Tools, the generate images are uncompressed
bitmaps, that are stored directly in the final PDF, thus unnecessarily
bloating it. Usage of JPEG is advisable instead.
