By default BibHarvest/oaiharvest uses "POST" method to query OAI
repositories. This cannot be changed when performing periodical harvesting
through BibSched (while it is configurable with one-shot harvesting).
Some "OAI" repositories do not support incoming POST requests. It is
therefore suggested to add an option to change the default behaviour, per
source repository. This could be set in the OAI Harvest web interface, or
specified when starting the oaiharvest task.
