In WebComment, when emails are sent to the administrator for abuse checking,
it would be nice to have a nice subject that contain for example the
collection of the involved record and maybe the report number, so that it's
quicker to understand the provenance and type of comment (e.g. for those
collections that might use webcomment as part of the approval workflow...)
