(i) If a non-bibedit user searches for a HIDDEn tag, he/she should not see
the proposed values in "Nearest terms in any collection are:" box.
(ii) Testcase: force_filtering in HM format.
(iii) Check that print_record() and format_record() behave the same way; 
(iv) add a websearch regression test case to consult /record/95/export/hm
when logged in as guest, then as admin, and check expected_text 595;
(v) add small websearch regression test case for perform_request_search()
when searching for 595:'a' in CLI; 
(vi) as v, but via /search?p=... logged in as admin or as guest
