When a guest user is about to write a comment, she sees: "Note: you have not
defined your nickname." with a direct access to her account page.
1) This should not be displayed to guest users, as they don't have an
account.
2) This should be displayed to logged in users who have not set a nickname
(it is currently not the case, since WebComment relies on
webuser.get_user_info() to retrieve nickname, while this function returns a
default nickname if necessary).
