ATLAS would need to always display the full name of the authors of submitted
comments, without having to ask their members to set their nickname.
- The full name could be used if the user_info object contains this
information (non-CERN specific "hack" that would not change the current
behaviour for many clients).
- Priority could be given to nickname if it exists (?)
- A checkbox could be ticked to send anonymously or not...
