1) The current BibKnowledge Admin Interface offers actions like:
Add New Knowledge Base
Configure a dynamic KB
Add New Taxonomy
This may be confusing to the user. Consider that we offer four types
of KBs:
KBA (authority)
KBR (reference)
KBD (dynamic)
KBT (taxonomy)
We should prettify UI in order to propose these alternatives clearly
formulated, for example:
Add a new authority KB
Add a new reference KB
Add a new taxonomy KB
Add a new dynamic KB
2) We should also use these names consistently everywhere, e.g. in the
Admin Guide, the current Add a Mapping section 2.3 has sense only
for KBA/KBR type of KBs. The guide should have four top-level
sections for KBA/KBR/KBD/KBT so that there is no confusion.
