Oops, in my INI example type=kba was wrong and should read type=kbr, of
course.

1) The export functionality is well advertized in Web UI. But we
don't offer any import functionality in Web UI. This would be
especially good to have for things like editing KBs in Emacs and
importing it back. BibKnowledge would basically erase current KBA
content and replace it with the parsed file.

2) In addition to GUI import/export, it would be good to hook the
import/export functionality into CLI, to be able to do:

   $ bibknowledge --export EJOURNALS > file.txt
   $ emacs file.txt
   $ bibknowledge --import EJOURNALS < file.txt

3) Ideally, the export/import facility could be later plugged into
inveniocfg, similarly to `--load-webstat-conf', so that exported KB
files would contain also meta-info about KB name/description etc, in
INI style file like:

[knowledgebase]
type = kba
name = EJOURNALS
description = This KB is useful for foo and bar.
value1 = foo---bar
value2 = baz---quux
